Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation of an Order within 7 days of placing the Order, provided that the Order has not already been completed, customized, shipped, or otherwise processed for fulfillment.
Because many products offered by Rock N' Designs and its sister brand, Let It Go Inspirations, may be made to order or personalized, an Order that has already entered production or has been customized may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at rockndesigns111@gmail.com. Please include your name, Order number, and the reason for your cancellation request.
If we approve a cancellation and a refund is due, we will issue the refund to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Returns and Refunds
We accept eligible returns of non-personalized, non-custom Goods within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the conditions below:
•The Goods were purchased from Rock N' Designs and its sister brand, Let It Go Inspirations, within the last 7 days.
•The Goods are unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
•The Goods are returned in their original packaging, when applicable.
•You provide a receipt, Order number, or other proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
•Custom-made or personalized products, including items made to your specifications.
•Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
•Items returned without proof of purchase.
•Items that are not in their original condition or packaging when the condition or packaging is necessary to protect the product.
•Any other Goods identified as non-returnable on the applicable product page at the time of purchase.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly so that we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
How to Request a Return

Please do not send a return until you have contacted us and received return instructions.
Returning Goods
Unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You are responsible for the Goods while they are being returned to us. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and, when appropriate, insurance.
Rock N' Designs and its sister brand, Let It Go Inspirations, are not responsible for Goods that are lost or damaged while being returned. A refund may not be issued until the returned Goods are received and inspected.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. your payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part or otherwise required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at rockndesigns111@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please include your Order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging when applicable.
We will review the information and, when appropriate, provide instructions for a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Gifts
If an eligible item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to You, any approved refund may be issued as a gift credit or in another manner determined by Rock N' Designs and its sister brand, Let It Go Inspirations.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the purchaser had the Order shipped to themselves, any approved refund will generally be issued to the original purchaser and original payment method.
